If you are adding this skirt to a leotard etc, you will find this in the individual skirt section as HALF PALM PEPLUM. Please note: this is a stretch fabric only skirt style. Fabrics like Chiffon, Organza & standard (non-stretch) Satin aren't suitable for this design.
