Our fabric fringing is made from STRETCH FABRICS & are available in three lengths & pricing is based 'per layer'.
QTY 1 = 1 Layer of Fringe
QTY 2 = 2 Layers of Fringe
2 Layers gives a nice & full look; & look great in two different colours!
