We can cut the fabric frinigng in two widths; Standard & Thin. And you have the choice of having either the Fabric Fringe on top or underneath!
QTY 1 = 2 Layers of Fringe - one FABRIC one LOOPED Fringing.
QTY 2 = 4 Layers of Fringe - alternate layers of FABRIC/LOOPED Fringing.
