Our CURRENT (late Oct) production turn around time is...

11-13 weeks for orders under 5 items

12-14 weeks for orders with 5-12 items

14-16 weeks for orders with 13+ individual items

GROUP SETS - see further detail below, fully booked until mid Feb 2026

This timeline is subject to change without notice depending on workload.

Please be sure to account for rehearsal & blinging time as well when planning your costume order.

NOTE:  When requesting due dates, they must be pre-discussed and agreed via email.

Require at least 6-12 weeks notice when booking between MARCH - AUGUST

14-16 weeks notice when booking - SEPTEMBER - FEBRUARY

Australia Post has currently suspended all shipments to the United States from Aug 26th 2025, so DHL Courier is currently our only available shipping method to the States. Thank-you & apologies <3
